Important Notice For All Patients Regarding Further Changes in Bargarran Medical Practice
The past six months have been an extremely challenging time and unfortunately we have been unsuccessful in recruiting any long-term GPs to work in the Practice.
Dr O’Sullivan has also submitted his resignation to the Health Board with a great deal of sadness which means that the Practice will return to direct supervision by Greater Glasgow & Clyde Health Board from Friday 1st March 2019 onwards.
The Health Board have given assurances that the Practice will remain open and that it will continue to offer the full range of services which it currently does.
GP, Practice Nurse & Health Care Assistant appointments, Prescriptions and all current services will continue to be available as normal and can be booked in the usual way via telephone, this website and the Reception desk.
For Dr O'Sullovan's full statement on this change, please click here.
***The Practice is currently experiencing recruitment difficulties following the departure of Dr Scullion, Dr Borland and Dr Ross. Dr O'Sullivan is being supported by Locum Doctors, allowing the practice to continue to provide GP Services***
The aim of the Royal College of General Practitioners is to encourage and maintain the highest standards of general medical practice.
